Scholastic Book Fair at KCH offers online shopping option

Ready to buy some books? K.C. Heffernan Elementary School's annual Scholastic Book Fair gets under way next week, offering KCH families and members of the Marcellus community an opportunity to do just that.

This year, shoppers can buy books at the school Oct. 1 through 4 or shop online anytime between Sept. 24 and Oct. 14.

The KCH book fair's schedule of events includes:

• Open Library Night, 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 3;
• Storytime, featuring Principal Gary Bissaillon and some of your favorite KCH teachers;
• Photo opportunities with Clifford the Big Red Dog; and
• Breakfast & Books "Grand" event for parents and grandparents, 8 to 9 a.m. Oct. 4.

The book fair is a fundraiser, with all proceeds going to support PTO programs.
