Daniel Isgar, Future Famous Composer?

Daniel Isgar, class of 2010, will join the list of Marcellus legacy music students as he enters the SUNY Fredonia School of Music Composition and Performance program in September of 2010. Isgar has twice conducted the MHS Symphonic Band in performance this year and composed a beautiful piece of music, “Elegy” (dedicated to the memory of Jody Tanner-Karla) which was performed at the spring 2010 concert. He was also featured as a trombone soloist on the Mozart Rondo. Isgar has amazing creativity as a composer and will surely someday be a composer of note! Best wishes Dan, you will be missed by the Marcellus Central School District performing arts community.
