Driver Middle School Eighth Grade Completion Ceremony

Amid an atmosphere of pride, joy, and excitement Driver Middle School held its annual Eighth Grade Completion Ceremony on Thursday, June 24th, in the Groeling Auditorium at the Senior High School. Michael Dardaris, DMS Principal, welcomed students and families to the event that celebrates the successful completion of five years at Driver Middle School and ushers in the beginning of each student’s high school future. The agenda for the evening included comments and remarks by Class of 2010 members Michael Fallon and Daniel Poorman as well as the thoughts of Class of 2014 member Stephen Hogan. The traditional eighth grade photo slide show provided a walk down memory lane and a glimpse at how far each student had come in their years at DMS. Ushers for the evening were Ana and Michael Clark. Music was provided by pianists Laura Dailey and Adina Martin. Special Awards for the evening included:
