Budget edition of Marcellus newsletter is in the mail

The May 2012 Marcellus Newsletter Budget Edition arrives soon in mailboxes throughout the district.

The newsletter is packed with information on the 2012-13 budget proposal and includes:

• An overview of the $30.2 million proposed budget.


• Highlights of student accomplishments.


• A line-by-line look at the proposed budget.


• Voter information.
  

Residents will vote on the budget proposal noon to 9 p.m. May 15 at Marcellus Senior High School, 1 Mustang Hill, Marcellus. There is also a budget hearing at 7 p.m. May 8 in the high school auditorium.

Also on the ballot: 

• Marcellus Free Library budget proposition.


• Three seats on the Marcellus Board of Education.
