Driver Middle School Walking Track to Open for the 2010-2011 School Year

The Driver Middle School walking track is opening on Thursday, October 14th for the 2010-2011 school year. The track will be open for community use on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and then again from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The indoor walking track is located above the new Driver Middle School gymnasium on the north face of the building. The track facility will be available for community use from October 14, 2010 through May 26, 2011. Visitors bringing children to the track are responsible for supervision of those children. No wheeled children’s strollers or wheeled shoes are permitted on the walking track. The track will not be available for use on days when school is not in session or when school has been closed for inclement weather or emergency reasons. All are invited to take advantage of this wonderful community resource. Once again, the track is opening on Thursday, October 14th for the 2010-2011 school year.
