The Driver Middle School Mustang Pride organization will be sponsoring a walk/run on Sunday, November 7, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Mustang Pride is a student club dedicated to community service and enriching the “safe and comfortable” learning environment at Driver Middle School in the Marcellus Central School District. Participants can choose between a 1.5 mile walk or a 5k run that will begin and end at Driver Middle School (DMS). This walk/race is designed to promote respect and cooperation throughout the community. All participants will receive a free t-shirt, cider, apples and donuts while supplies last. Application forms can be obtained from the Driver Middle School main office or through your child’s classroom teacher. Participants can pre-register by returning the application form by Wednesday, October 20 with cash or check made out to DMS. You can also register on the day of the race. However, only those who pre-register can be guaranteed a t-shirt. Come out and show your MUSTANG PRIDE!
