“Your success is proof that the tassel is worth the hassle.” With those words John Durkee, Marcellus Senior High School Principal, welcomed students and families to the 11th annual Marcellus Academic Club (MAC) Honors Recognition Dinner. The event was held on May 2, 2010 at the Marietta House. The Honors Recognition Dinner recognizes Class of 2010 members “who have distinguished themselves by attaining an overall grade point average at the end of the 14th marking period of 88 or higher.”
