The Marcellus School community is once again forming a team to participate in the Komen CNY Race for the Cure. The Race for the Cure is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 15, at the State Fairgrounds. The 1 mile fun walk begins at 9:15 and the 5K at 10:00. There are many options to join the Marcellus Mustang team and participate in the race; a 1 mile fun walk, a 5K walk, a 5K run, or even a "sleep in for the cure" option. It is not mandatory that you run!
In order to join our Marcellus Mustang team, go to www.komencny.org and find the “join a team” section under the “Register for the race” tab. Team members may pick up their t-shirts and race numbers at the DMS office from May 10-May 14. Contact Audrey Turner (aturner@mcs.cnyric.org) with any questions.
